I am the second owner of these incredible drivers. These saw very little use with the first owner – possibly none from the way they sounded when I got them. I have barely broken them in myself. They were meant for an upgraded horn speaker system I was going to build but I have decided I have neither the time nor the patience to do this. These are therefore in very-near mint condition. The foam is flawless as far as I can see. Cones are too. The scuffing that appears on the green apoxy is the way these come. The PM5As are, according to both Jon Ver Halen at Lowther America (
http://www.lowther-america.com/Drivers/) and Nelson Pass, the best non-field coil Lowthers for rear-loaded horns or open baffles.
These are the 15 ohm units, NHF (non-hi-ferric) with the better sounding copper voice coils.
