Could (as a future upgrade) the DRC function be enabled for PCM and DTS sources, or does it work by a mechanism that is inherently part of Dolby Digital decoding only?

Hi All,

Yes we changed the labels because as was suggested earlier some people were leaving the SP1.7 in Norm and not realizing that the MAX setting gave them studio quality dynamic range. So Low Med and Full is the new label.

By the way this control only applies to Dolby D not DTS or bypass. It is a Dolby requirement.james

I know it doesn't apply to anything other than DD, my question was whether it could apply to something besides DD without significant amounts of effort involved.
