This Polish hand made DAC comes in a variety of options and prices including a new DSD version.

It has a stunningly different analog like presentation compared to the Sigma/Saber upsamplers and priced within your budget if you act quickly.

IMO the digital communities idea of fidelity is at best questionable and the audible differences are small compared to changes in the rest of the audio chain. The availability of media actually recorded using only recently developed digital high resolution methods is small and rarely found in professional reviews.

Lukasz impressed by DSD128

Lampizator By-Fikus

September 17 near Warsaw, Warszawa, Poland.

First evening listening to DSD128 and I must say - it sounds like nothing I heard before. It is too good to be true. Shame I only have one sampler Opus3 but they make great files. And since the DAC is with Duelunds and tubes - everything snaps into perfection. It is the case of an "instant click".

Since I heard this Dac now, I am forced to agree Lukasz!
