Sometime this winter I'll be in the market for a Nikon 300mm 2.8 AF-S or VR lens.  If anyone has one that doesn't get much use I might be interested.  If I find one I'll have an AF-I 300/2.8 for sale.

I'd offer to do a partial trade in audio gear, but almost everything I have is hooked up and running.

I don't have a VR but I do have a every clean Nikor 300 2.8 AF-S DII.  I'm moving over to landscapes.

I may be interested in that.  Can you send me pix?  I'll PM you my email address.  I have an AF-I model that sometimes has erratic AF.  Looking for any other Nikon glass?
