I use a Tracfone that costs me about $7 a month. I've banked over 1000 minutes to date.
Not sure about its photo taking capabilities. For that, I rely on a genuine camera, not the phone.
Your blog is cool, but photos you've taken would help. "Quality" photos, mind you.
