I am the original owner of this 2013 model Dual Core. The Dual Core works as all the reviews state and is in as new condition. There is one burr on the left rear corner that was there upon unpacking. The plastic cover is still on the remote. I have done a Factory Reset and installed the latest firmware (June 2013). Included is the box, remote (with new battery), mic, USB, power supply, manual, plus a copy of Simpli Fi's newsletter explaining some of the 2013 edition features.
