For those looking to hear about the AVP-18, here is the first review I have seen.

how is AVP-18 handling SACD signal from ex. Oppo 105, that is sending it as DSD over HDMI2 port ?

To quote NuForce AVP-18 FAQ-section:

"The AVP-18 does not support DSD over HDMI. BD Players compatible with SACDs can often be set to output PCM format at 88.2kHz to the AVP-18 automatically."
