It's time for me to unload my pair of Paradigm Signature S2s (version 1). They are the cherry veneer. I must say the Signature veneers look a bit better than the veneers from the Monitor and Studio lines. I've got baby twin girls and it is only a matter of time before bookshelves on stands become risky.
Important: These speakers have some cosmetic damage, which I have documented in the pictures. Both of them have scratches on the bottoms, some fairly deep. These came from the previous owner and I think it had something to do with the stand they were mounted on. Good thing is, you don't usually look at the bottoms of speakers and they don't affect the stand.
Also Important: I also have some scratches and what I think is wall paint transfer on the sides and back of the "left" speaker. They are in the photos too. Once again, doesn't affect sound and isn't really something you notice unless you're standing next to the speakers. I only see these on the one speaker. The other speaker only has the stuff on the bottom which I mentioned above.
The tweeters and drivers are perfect. No dimples! If you can look past some cosmetic issues, these are some amazing speakers for the price, which is why I bought them like this a couple of years ago.
I'm asking $650 + shipping. I live in the Seattle area and would welcome a local sale, but I'm fully prepared to ship. These are now sold.
I also have Premier (Paradigm-produced) stands that I should sell because I won't have any need for them. We can work out a package deal or I can sell stands separately. They were a match with the Monitor series and are not the nicer ones that dealers paired with the Studios and Signatures.
