First I would like to wish everyone a very Happy 4th of July.
The first pictures of the MultiPoint Bipoles are below. These are custom wired into 4 Ohm only, but all others will have double binding posts so that changing between 4 and 16 ohm will be very easy as well as bipole and dipole.
I starting making this type of speakers years ago and they were called BPC back then. Now I have engineered them with the new RS5 drivers and the sound is better than ever. This cabinet is a floorstander and I will also build a standmount. I plan on building a version with the 6.5" drivers too.

A Review of the Bipole Wired 4 Ohm Multipoint Speakers
I took the long way around to get back home.
In 2005 I had the floor standing Dipole wired Omega Speakers. I enjoyed the sound, but the necessity of having them 6 feet out from the wall was a logistical nightmare. I traded them in, but always missed them, so when Louis (Mr. Omega) told me that he had designed a multipoint speaker utilizing the new 4 1/2 driver, and that only needed to be 3 feet from the wall, well I was in, and I am glad that I did.
What are the three outstanding attributes of this speaker? They are:
1. Huge Soundstage
2. Very Clear, Very Fast Sound
3. Gorgeous Tone.
The soundstage that these speakers throw defies logic. It is wide, it is deep, and speaker placement is very flexible. What I cannot get over is how the soundstage goes from intimate when there is a solo, to gigantic when needed. It happens so quickly, that it still gasp when it occurs. It is pretty overwhelming, because looking at the speakers you wouldn't think it is possible for them to generate such a big sound.
The sound generated by the MultiPoints is very clear. It is easy to follow the ebb and flow of the music, the timing is impeccable. I find myself just getting lost in the music; my understanding of what the artist is trying to express has never been easier.
It is my personal belief that the essence of music is timing; it is what separates music from pretty noise. The MultiPoints get the timing right, and everything flows as a consequence.
The MultiPoints do not generate any artificial warmth, but when harmonic information is in the recording, they play it. Boy do they play it! Female vocals, the full body of a tenor saxophone, the majesty of a full piano chord, it's all there. Once again, it is how quickly they go from the transient to the harmonic, that astounds. Couple this with the huge sound stage, and you begin to understand why these speakers are so involving.
The MultiPoints are 99 db efficient full range driver speakers. What this means is that whatever amplifier you have will sound great with these speakers. I am using a Class A Solid State Amplifier of 25 watts, and have also used a Class AB Solid State Amplifier of 125 watts. To me, it is nice not having to worry wether my amplifier was a good fit. One less thing to obsess about.
The MultiPoints are an extraordinary speaker whose only limitation is the necessity to have them 3 feet away from the wall.
