My Son Sings On National Television
« on: 5 Aug 2013, 05:31 pm »

To raise money for the recent flood victims, a high end benefit concert, in front of 5,000 people, was aired coast to coast last night. My son sang with Paul Brandt and the Alberta Youth Choir. There are two banks of choir singers and he is on the far right, front row, of the left hand bank of singers.  Or, the closest one to the left of Paul Brandt. He had a blast. A Rocky Mountain High.

Here is the link. The whole show was good:

They sing Alberta Bound at 1:47
                      It Is Well at 1:41
and Halo High Water at 1:57:45

Be sure to check out Jim Cuddy's song at 43 minutes. Great piece of music and check out the very beginning to see flood footage.

The concert was held in Calgary Alberta, the Houston Texas of Canada.

Yes, way cool for sure. He was with the pros in front of a national audience. I asked if he was nervous and he said na. So I asked, but what if you had a solo, would you have been nervous then. His answer, not really. So that's good.

Thanks for the input.
