I am selling my Spatial Black Hole as I no longer need it. Before I moved my room and before Black Hole I had significant bass decay problems. So much so that listening to bass heavy music was not enjoyable. Installing the Black Hole, which is extremely easy, made it possible to listen to bass heavy music fun again. Once someone asked me, "what does the BH sound like?". In short, it doesn't sound like anything. You only notice it when it is absent.
If you do not have a great acoustic room and/or you can't treat that room very heavily, you should strongly consider the Spatial Black Hole.
My unit is a 7 or 8 on the Audigon scale. There is some marring and light scratches on the top surface. I tried to photograph the imperfections, but due to the piano gloss finish it is hard to show anything other than glare.
I've owned/used the unit for about 1 yr.
