I want to build a two-channel system around my ProJect - and I have two very different choices in terms of amp/reciever:
HH Scott Stereomaster - circa 1962 tube amp
McIntosh 4100 reciever
Both in wonderful shape. I'm attracted to the Scott, but am worried about it being fidgety. Any thoughts appreciated. I have Axiom M22s now, but I'd need to get more efficient speakers on the Scott.
