Aurios Pro Max work really well under just about any component, and because of their size and mass they are very easy to set up, and the component ends up being very stable (not tippy). These have a little bit of scuffing, light marks on them but are functionally perfect.
These are among the most consistent (and always benevolent) isolation devices I have tried, and I've tried a lot. I'm only selling them because I have downsized my system and have fewer components. I have two other sets that I am keeping.
