Congratulations, Mike:
Glad you got the Bryston cables but sorry that you have to delay getting the BDA and BDP. We had planned to get a quality pre/pro in 2005, but our son made a withdrawal from the Bank of Mom & Dad. When we were able to afford gear a couple of years later, the same thing. And a couple of years hence, once again. We always pay off our credit card balance each month, so it took awhile to save for the Brystons, but we were able to purchase gear last month. Yet, as it happens, the delay worked out for us, as the SP3 was introduced last year and should meet our long-term needs. I can appreciate the frustration in having to delay, especially with something as prosaic and unrewarding as car repairs. As exciting as buying tires, eh?
Our SP3, BDP-2, and BDA-2, a gaggle of Bryston XLR cables, and Bryston swag should arrive midweek, and we've been awaiting this patiently.

It sounds like you have a wonderful system, and the Bryston cable should be a fine addition. When I researched the interconnects, the assessments were that they offered excellent sound and value (unlike many of the esoteric smoke & mirrors offerings). Many happy measures of listening.
Cheerio,
Rich
