Any alternatives to Votexbox around (March 2013)

I am about to purchase a vortexbox NAS for use with the SONOS part of my home music.
I want a standalone unit that will store music in FLAC, sort out album art, stream to my SONOS gear, and stay on 24/7.
Are there any better alternatives to Votexbox?

Why not use a computer with a ripping/metadata program like EAC or dbpoweramp to load music files to a standard NAS drive? Sonos will access the music files on the NAS drive even if the computer is off or not attached to the network. One of Sonos' coolest features IMHO.

You still may need to use some type of software in the end to tweak your music - tagging, pics, etc. But as an all in one it does well as it can rip your music, nas, works with a few music players.
