Yes, I like and own some Queensryche cd's.  Just didn't include them b/c they are a 90's band to me.

Showing my age, I've seen Queensryche, Aerosmith, Iron Maiden, Dio, Van Halen, Metallica, Motley Crue, etc., in concert.  I no longer listen to that stuff, though.  I tried to listen to the DVD-A of Metallica's Ride the Lightning, but I could no longer bang my head.  Maybe Queensryche might not be bad.

What happens with me is the older I get, the more expansive my music pallette becomes. Or should I say...tolerance....:)

Anyways, being a hard rock drummer and guitarist, I was always into flashy, vivacious solos and sounds...from Buddy Rich & Chick Corea to Stevie Ray Vaughan, to Paul Gilbert to those beautiful harmonied landscapes that Maiden paints, etc. I also enjoy female vocals like Natalie Merchant and Jewel and stuff like that. I think only a ribbon type of speaker can make voices like that surreal.
