Audio by Van Alstine will exhibit at the Chicago Audio Show at the Doubletree Hilton O'Hare March 8-10th.

We will be sharing a display room with Salk Sound as usual.

We sure hope to see our many Midwest fans there again.  Its been 14 years since a Chicago show and over 20 years since we have been there.

Anyone remember the high end displays at the Bismarck Hotel?

I look forward to hearing your latest stuff and meeting you (and my AC friends) in person.  I hope the show is well attended because it would be great to have a regular (RMAF style) show in Chicago.

Good. I have been trying to remember to ask if you were comming. Yes you can still get a steak at
Gene & Georgetti but you have to go down town or Gibsons is right there.

Rosemont has tons of really good steak houses right near the convention center including a Capitol Grill, Mortons, Gibsons, Ruth's Chris, McCormick and Schmick, Harry Carays, as well as a new restaurant "park" with an awesome Hofbrauhaus and lots of smaller places.  Hofbrauhaus is a traditional German beer hall and it's within walking distance of all of the Rosemont hotels (close enough).  Great beer and food that is made for people who are drinking beer.

Man Oh Man!  I haven't been to an audio show since the Dynaco kit and AR speaker days of the early '80s!  It's gonna cost me the price of a new turntable and some albums but I'm going to try to swing it!  Do you ever get out to the Los Angeles, Ca. area Frank?
