SOLDI have now listed the Monbrison on the 'Gon; asking price of $4750.   I paid substantially more last January.   Paypal & shipping charges negotiable, dependent on final selling price.

I've decided to sell my Shindo Monbrison preamp; I am not taking advantage of its fabulous vinyl capabilities and as much as I love what it does for my system, it may have to go to fund other upgrades.

US version, complete with orig box, manual, power cord.  Excellent condition, both appearance wise and performance wise. If you follow/look for these units, you know they routinely go for $5500+ on the used market.

Used in adult, non-smoking environment--a great pre. I've noted the oft mentioned Shondo trait--as you increase volume, the system just doesn't get louder, the musical picture just seems to get more vibrant as well. I briefly compared the Monbrison to the Auriges--as it should for the price difference, the Monbrison was just better in every way and made it impossible for me to settle for the Auriges--as much as my wallet wanted me to!

Wow Randy that is a SWEET deal. I was dying for one of these up until I decided on customizing a new DUDE to my liking. At your price range this would be gone on the Gon in hours I bet. Hopefully on A/C too!

Good luck not that you need it, this is a awesome deal and not many brands can hold value like shindo, not many at all!
