Creek OBH-11. Excellent headphone amp in very good condition. Made in the UK. Works perfectly. The only blemish is a tiny scratch on the front of the volume knob. Comes with original power supply, manual, and box (which has been mailed around, so it's not in great shape, but I'll double-box for shipping).
