Just placed an nice order with SweetMarias for some special holiday brew.

I will be roasting these up for friends and family.

Costa Rica Hernan Solis Villa Sarchi - 2 lbs
Ethiopia Dry-Process Gr. 1 Aricha - 2 lbs
Colombia Narino Taminango - 2 lbs
Yemen Mokha Matari - 5 lbs

I use a Behmor roaster and usually enter second crack for about 30 seconds for a nice full city+ roast. Looking forward to sampling several of these micro lots.

Ive roasted a batch of the Ethiopia, Costa Rica and the Yemen. All are outstanding, but the Yemen is my favorite. The Ethiopia is a bit to flowery for me but very good none the less. Looking forward to trying that Kenya.

Now back to roasting for a few more Christmas presents.
