If there appears to be a defect, I will take it back. Once I receive the unit, I will inspect and test the item to verify its status. If problem cannot be replicated, no refund will be given, and return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer. If you find a functional fault that I missed within 14 business days of delivery, or if the item is damaged in transit, I will issue a full refund. Items returned for refund must be shipped back within fourteen business days of delivery to you. If I do not find the functional fault that you describe, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
