SOLD: DIY Audio Based Ultrasonic Record Cleaner
« on: 26 Oct 2013, 03:51 pm »
I assembled this unit based on the work done over on DIY Audio.  The ultrasound unit is a 60K cycle Sonix IV ST126H, and it can clean up to 7 albums at a time (I have it set up for 6 albums, but a 7th can be squeezed in).  Sale includes the Sonix unit and lid, power cord, drain tube, and 80/20 extruded aluminum frame with motor/spindle/etc.  The motor is 5RPH, and I'll include a spare 12RPH unit.  This system has been barely used. . .maybe 1 hour of time total.

Would prefer local sale in St. Louis.

Asking $750 plus shipping.  PayPal gift or cash for local sale.

catastrofe,
The person who bought this is very lucky.  I cannot believe that you sold it!  A DIY ultrasonic record cleaner based on the diyaudio bbftx thread that I am led to believe there is no better ultrasonic record cleaner.  Are you giving up on records?
