I no longer need a demo pair of a kit that I no longer offer. So it is time to make someone a deal.

This is the first pair built and they have all the good parts in them. They have Cardas solid Copper binding posts on them. The amps are actually Rythmik servo amps with no servo function. They have had a transform circuit added. They also have variable extension and damping settings.

This pair is veneered in Oriental wood and the sides are solid Ash. They look good!



They have been used at RMAF and at a LSAF show.   





The bright areas on the side panel of the speaker on the far side is a reflection from the chrome on my amps.



Grills are held on magnetically.



I'll take $2,200 for the pair, plus shipping. That makes these really tough to beat.

This pair also has Sonicap Platinum by-pass caps on the tweeter and woofer caps. This is about $235 worth of Platinum caps.

Wish I had seen it before the ship set sail for India. One guy here has gone in for the kit just which cost him 2500 bucks!

He is still happy; he has saved top dollars because just the shipping was coming to about 250 USD.

I'm sure someone will pick up during the next group buy from India; if not anyone, I'll take it.

I am surprised that these didn't fly out the door. This is a completed pair with all the best parts including Sonicap Platinum cap upgrades for only $2,200. That is a steal.

I'd like to, but right now I can't count on my sources over there right now to provide good enough support or communication.

I've tried to find comparisons on the forums without succes, but I would love a comparison of the V-2 to the Super V.  Except for the servo bass what is the difference?  Sonically?  Parts, caps, etc?

Differences that I can put a pen to is that the Super-V has a higher 97db sensitivity verses the V-2's 93db.

The Super-V also has P-Audio's top level tweeter that has been modified with an open back. So it is open baffle from top to bottom.

The Super-V is at another level across the board. But a complete pair will be in the $6,000 range. I have a completed pair of them if you'd like. I'll even make you a deal on them.

While the V-2 may be down in performance from the Super-V, it is a really good speaker. There are good comparisons out there. Here is one: http://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=71532.msg669144#msg669144

And for the money I don't think you'll find a better sounding speaker that is all open baffle, plays this low, and has good sensitivity. I don't know of any that are even close.
