I'm looking for suggestions for a center channel and surrounds that may match up well with my VR33 speakers. Movies are not a high priority, so I don't want to spend a lot of money for them. I was thinking of maybe trying one of the internet direct speaker companies like Axiom, Aperion, Ascend, Emotiva, HSU or similar. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be a good match?

There is a single LCR15 on Audiogon right now, but it's light maple and I am looking for black to match the VR33.

I have the VR-33 and I'm using the TS-150 dipoles as surrounds. It's a discontinued model bit I picked mine up used quite cheap.

I'm currently looking to add a center. See my other thread on the LCR-4, but I decided to go for the Unifield Center (just placed my order). Neither of them is exactly cheap, but the VR-33 demands a quality center.

If I had any I'd tell ya...my massive 32" TV does fine with just the 33s, on the rare occasion I watch a movie.

I use a Legacy Audio center with my 7's and Legacy Focus HD as rears.  Nice synergy in my system. YMMV.
