SOLD: Raw Acoustics RA-8 speakers - Thanks Raj!

I am moving, and must sell my beloved RA-8s.  These are tall, slender speakers that work much like a line source.  They use 6 GR Research M-130 mid-bass drivers as woofers, 2 more as dedicated midranges, and an RA-104.5 ribbon tweeter in each speaker.  The crossovers were designed by Danny.  I bought these as kits and assembled them as per Al's instructions (everything was included except cabinets and cabinet damping).  They are finished in walnut veneer over 3/4" particle board.  Sensitivity is rated at 95 db for 1 watt, and the impedance ranges between 4 and 8 ohms, so they are very easy to drive with modest powered amps.  I would rate the wood working as a 6 or 7.  They look good from a distance, but under close scrutiny you can see minor finish flaws (stain drips etc)... and there are no grills. They work beautifully and sound incredible.  The kits sold for $900, and completed speakers sold for $3,000.  Must sell ASAP, and because of their size and weight, and the fact that I have no boxes, I cannot ship them.  May be willing to deliver in the Chicago area.  Asking $800.
