Hello,
This may / may not be the right place for this question.

Has anyone come across a iPod & iPad docking station with the following features ?
- Digital Out
- Analogue out
- wired networking ability ( i understand that ipad/ipods have a wireless function but am looking for this option if at all possible)

Take a look at the pure i20 if you haven't heard of it. Doesn't do everything you want, but is a great buy for around $100.  My dad is using one and we've been very happy with it.

I don't own one, and it likely only works for an iPod.

i would imagine a wired network connection, would be tough for the connections on an ipad.  Above is what I use, with great success I might add.

I also have this cambridge audio doc.  Not sure it meets all your requirements, but works great running a coax or toslink cable to a DAC.
