Any one use TVdevo for watching TV?
« on: 14 Jan 2012, 05:12 pm »
Just move into an area that has no/very limited OTA reception from an area where I can get the major TV stations in HD. Have to subscribe to AT&T Uverse to get signal. Does TVdevo work well? Any other suggestions appreciated, very low tech in this area, so any simple set up would be appreciated.

Update: Forget about TVdevo, not very positive reviews and possibly scam, but other suggestions welcome.

Hulu?
I've never used it, only heard the name.

In many locales, one of the cable providers is required to provide OTA channels via their cable system for a low price, i.e. under ~$15/month.

It's not advertised so call and ask for it or contact your town hall and ask them. They should be able to tell you if it is offered in the town, by whom and how much it will cost.
