Does anyone have a pair of VMPS larger subwoofers they are interested in selling?
Or, do you know a good place to get a great deal on them?

I have not.  I have been contacted by someone selling.. so, I'll work with them on it... and I'm comparing to what a local designer/builder can do for me also...

My budget is about 1500 all said and done... I just couldn't find a value on used VMPS subs... so, not sure how off the mark I am.

i think you should be able to find something within your budget, especially if shopping used.  new, it will be close, especially if you are wanting all the "upgrades', as there's a plethora of options re: drivers...
