I built the amazing value Class D audio SDS-258 kit (http://classdaudio.com/products/class-d-audio-kits/sds-258-kit.html) and put it into one of jtwrace enclosures (http://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=76400.1120).  Its been making wonderful music for the past 6 months.  Here is a list of the specs and modifications that I made to it:

250 Watts x 2 into 8 Ohms
Removed the gain controls and replaced with "naked" vishay resistors (2.2k Ohm, I believe)
Increased capacitance to 60,000uf (Panasonic TS-HA series)
Inserted a "Felix" in-line power conditioner

This amp is incredibly powerful yet quite revealing.  Dead silent background.  It can also be re-wired to run balanced but is currently set-up for single-ended inputs.  The XLR connectors are already installed and would only require moving a few wires around. 

I'd like to get $500 (split shipping/paypal fees) for it which based on price/performance is a steal...I've spent about >$700 on the parts and its about 6 months old...
