I've 'reacquired' a Proac CC2 center channel speaker which I purchased new 10-12 years ago, but which my ex-wife has had for the past 8 years. I've been out of the HT/5.1 scene for years now & can't find out much info on what this should be priced at. I know it retailed for well over $1500 new back when I bought it.

It is dark wood (mahogany?) and in pretty decent shape; a few scuffs, scratches but nothing significant and the grill (which covers almost the entire front) is fine. This rascal is pretty big--I used it as a decent match for Sonus Faber Electa Amator II's as well as a couple other type of main speakers.  I don't have the original box.

At any rate, I'd hope someone could put it to good use--it's a pretty special high end center spkr--but I don't have a decent idea of value or what a fair price would be. Suggestions welcome.  I would like to think its worth in the $500 range, but I could be off.

Thanks,

Randy
