What exactly are you planning for the Magnepans? Using the 1.7 example; are these going be stand-alone OB subs? This really has my head swimming because I've always wanted to try Maggies in my system, and the thought of OB bass to augment them would be pretty amazing.

We are working on a W frame base with two servo 8's in the bottom end. It will also incorporate a frame. There is also some dead space below the actual panel that we might be able to utilize. So it may not raise the speaker up too much. We'll see.

A friend is sending the 3.7's to me. So those will be first and will use the 12" servo subs.

I need to find someone with a pair of the 1.7's willing to offer up theirs to be the prototype pair. They might get a really good deal.
