I changed the password.  I later logged out and then tried to Log In.

To clarify : after changing the password, you were then able to log in?

I changed the password.  I later logged out and then tried to Log In.  Exact same error message as in my previous post (12:34 am).

For quite a while now (when I was able to log in), I have had to log in twice. The 1st time it says Incorrect Password.  The second time, using the identical password, it lets me in.  I had inquired about this when it first happened and I did not hear anything back.  I just kept logging in twice - until this latest issue.

I have changed the password twice and this has not fixed the issue.  Clearly with the dual log ins and the error message (which is incorrect - the username does exist) there is something else wrong.

On January 14, I used the "Forgot Password" page to change the password I had been using.

I just tried to log in with this recently changed password and I got the same message/screen:

•   Login

An Error Has Occurred!_____________________________________________________________
That username does not exist._______________________________________________________
                                                                            Back

I am not optimistic that changing the password again will fix this.

The username is maxima95

If you still can't log in, try the password reset again.

As I have said, I have always (for years) used maxima95.  I did not knowingly change it.  I have no idea why maxima95 does not work any more.  There is no other user name to remember.  Whatever is in the profile as my user name is completely unknown to me.

Thank you for referring this to Admin.  I will gladly wait to see what user name is in the record.

Can you find someone who can get in the system and tell me what user name is in there?  I would do it myself but I can't log in, and therefore can't see what username is in the profile.

I did not change the user name in the profile from maxima95 and have no idea why maxima95 does not work any more (as it has for many years prior to this recent problem).

Me guessing and trying different user names has not worked and is not the solution.  Please refer this to someone who can help fix this.  Otherwise please delete my account so I can re-register.
Please wait the Admin, he will see the spelling of your username and post here.

Hello - I used maxima95.  I have been using maxima95 for years before this.

Thanks
This doesn't mean much. When the message "username does not exist." appear, you misspelled the username as I said before.

I suppose that in all these days you have tried several different spellings.
The username must be the same that you informed in Profile/Summary/Username.

I cannot log into my account. It says “Username does not exist”. So I changed my password successfully yesterday and my account worked ok for a few hours. But now today it won’t let me log in. It says “username does not exist”. Why has my account been deleted? I did not break any rules.
Dont worry, you entered the wrong username.
Looks the right username may be OSIB16 but I not sure.
You must enter the username as appears in your Profile/Summary.

maxima95 was and has been my user name for years.

The pulldown for user name at login shows maxima95.

The "Failed Login Attempt - AudioCircle" emails I received begins:

"Dear maxima95,

We detected a failed login attempt on your account at AudioCircle. ... "

I do not know what you mean by my "original" user name or stating that maxima95 is not the correct spelling.

This problem only recenty surfaced after years of using maxima95.

If there is somehow another username in the record can you find someone who can tell me what it is?

I have been using maxima95 for years and used maxima95 for the two failed log ins.
maxima95 is not the correct spelling.
Use your original user name.
Unfortunately I can not see it.

I changed the password on the 14th.  Today I tried to log in and got the same "username does not exist."  I use my Username Maxima95.

Additionally, for a few years now I have to sign in twice.  The first time, I get an "incorrect password" message.
Then I sign in again and it goes through.

Please advise as to what can be done.
Maxima95 is not correct.
There is an user maxima95 however.

Use your original user name (not screen name) with the correct grammatical spelling.
