I am having the same problem. I do not receive a code to my email either.

The mail server logs shows that the password reset email was delivered. (Multiple times.) Please try again and check your spam/junk etc.

I’ve got no access to the old email. The firm above asks for my email and input on the current address can I get a code sent to the new email. If not should I just open a new account?
Members can not have two accounts.
For recovery email please wait the Admin.

Hello, still unable to get in. Maybe my account has a previous email address and nor receiving the email?
Well this is not AC fault.
If your email address is outdated the AC can not know or inform you.
The system will send the email code to the registered email you informed.

The code is sent immediately to your registered email address.
A few days a go I had received the code email in about 5 seconds.
