I have been using maxima95 for years and used maxima95 for the two failed log ins.
maxima95 is not the correct spelling.
Use your original user name.
Unfortunately I can not see it.

I changed the password on the 14th.  Today I tried to log in and got the same "username does not exist."  I use my Username Maxima95.

Additionally, for a few years now I have to sign in twice.  The first time, I get an "incorrect password" message.
Then I sign in again and it goes through.

Please advise as to what can be done.
Maxima95 is not correct.
There is an user maxima95 however.

Use your original user name (not screen name) with the correct grammatical spelling.

Wait an hour and then use the forgot password page - https://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?action=reminder

Also, you need to log in with your username (not your email).

Hello.  I tried to log in using the same Username (maxima95) and Password I have had for years.

Instead the message below appears:

An Error Has Occurred!
That username does not exist

Please let me know what I need to do to log in.
