Extensions allowed are JPG, PNG and GIF

Select an album, enter a caption, and select an image file. Images must be of type .jpeg (or .jpg), .png, or .gif. Then press Upload and insert image. The image will be uploaded and the [img] tag inserted into the editing window. Then, to preview the image in your post, click on the Preview button.

a. Use the "toggle view" button to go to code mode (not wysiwyg mode)
b. resize the original image and upload that, don't get images from any kind of sharing site (they add code that gets flagged by the firewall as potentially malicious)
