My login name is Bioman

Log-in not working anymore.  When I attempt to reset the password I get the following;
"An Error Has Occurred!"
"Invalid activation code"
I have tried several times over several months with the same results.

I paused my PC Matic Supershield just in case that was interfering and it made no difference.  Can you assist?
