RCA-branded Mullard Xf2 double halo EL34/6CA7 - NOS (part of matched quad) - Mid 60's production Mullard Xf2 double-halo EL34. It's hard to see both halos, but they are there on all of these tubes. NOS, but the printing is not perfect and the boxes are pretty bad. This tube is part of a matched NOS quad.
