Back wall - Custom made cabinets that holds all the media as well as components. Wall is covered with 0.25 inch cork tiles for acoustic reasons. Also not on the picture - two book cases in the corners that serve as the natural bass traps. Cabinets are made out of MDF, maple ply and 2" thick counter top made out of MDF. Boxes - ply , facing MDF. Cost $1500 for materials - labor and finish = two weeks worth of work with my cousin - the furniture maker.
