Big F'n Horns - These are the bastard sons of a Karlson cabinet and an Altec A7. The Karlsons were manufactured by a company called Ricardo Lynn in (of all places) Taiwan in what looks like the late 50's by the styling. I gutted the K coupler and installed a simple flat baffle and ported this 7 cubic foot enclosure. The woofers are the Altec 416-16Z's. The horns are the Altec 511 with the 802D compression driver (16 ohm). The crossover is bone stock. I wrapped the horn with a wooden enclosure and filled it with 80lbs of sand.
