Altec 604-8L tweaked by Iconic manufacturing - as titled, placed quickly, for a low down listening to hear what all the fuzz with Coaxial, Altecs were all about. It was an epiphany for what I believe voice and high frequencies sound like. It makes all other speakers I have heard sound like children's toys and I mean, even really expensive speakers and set ups. This was done on free air and still, it sounded ravishing. Lively,without being harsh. Amazing. When I put then on baffles, holy, I should get a helmet and strap myself.
