DIY Fiberglass baffles for 15" Coaxial Hawthorne Audio front Mains (SI's) - Fiberglass cloth and resin covering a wire mesh screen built on plywood skeleton. Rear of baffle is covered with "Great Stuff" expanding foam, then sculpted with a belt sander. Final touch was Krylon Fax Stone paint.
