Alumnium speaker stands - Aluminium tube (damped with clay-type kitty litter), spiked with small 1/4" thick Al top-plate.
New amp case #1 - Frame made of aluminium angle with a steel base, riveted to the bottom of the frame.
New amp case #2 - With steel plate above the power transformer compartment.
New amp case #3 - 4 power transformers in place (sorbothane pads under, for vibration damping). Dynamat Extreme damping sheet applied.
New amp case #4 - The 3 AKSA LF power supplies in place. Mains switches and fuses in the transformer compartment (each amp and the 3-way active XO individually switched).
New amp case #5 - Now with active XO PCBs and PS in place.
New amp case #6 - Ready to add the (hinged) front panel containing the AKSA LF modules on a double-shelf heatsink, and the speaker BPs (Eichmann Cable Pods).
Amp case #7 - Side view of finished amp (without side or top panels).
New amp case #9 - Finished amp. Twin inputs, utilising the GK-1 "sub out" for the feed to the bass LP section of the XO, and the normal out for the mid BP and ribbon HP sections. Separate power cords for XO and amps. Dynamat Extreme damping sheet on the inside of all steel cover plates.
