And Im attempting to connect RCA leads from the volume pot holes, but I've also tried connecting to the 1/8" jack holes as well. Neither are working.

Thumbnail for From here you can see that I've had to add some rigidity to the speaker outputs by soldering a lead to where it connects to the chip amp. When I did that, it still works, so thats not the issue. The other lead that is jumpered is to bypass the Diode for power regulation. I do realize the solder is quite ugly, but I will go back and clean up if I can get this thing to work.
