Two of the four baffle pieces standing together. You can see that I decided to cut the different-sized holes in each piece before I laminated them together. In retrospect, that cost me a lot of time and created quality issues I had to correct. More later...
First look main baffles. Note all the challenges I created for myself with tearout, especially my first try with the center hole on the left. Its all coming back to me now...good tools, patience, planning. NOW I know...
All four baffle pieces cut and standing together. The plan was to double the stock material thickness by laminating two pieces together. Woofers recessed in the back, full range surface mount from the front.

First leg. Used a flat splice and bent to approximate angle needed. Had to think REALLY HARD about the order of operations to bolt it together....
