Many, many months after my initial scheme to build my RCM, it has come to life. You may recall my first idea was to build a straight knock off of the VPI 16.5. That went out the door pretty quick and I decided to implement features of the Typhoon and improve on some areas. It was to become an unholy monster borrowing ideas from not just VPI but Okki Nokki and Moth vehicles. I couldn't begin to calculate the number of laps I swam while figuring this out. And late nights searching threads and images. First off, she ain't done yet. Still have lots to do but the intellectual part is accomplished. Electricals, permanent cabinet build and finisihing lie ahead. But here is what I have to show you:
