In the FAQ they show a map of pre-orders up to April 2013 and a production timeline up until April 2013.  They've dropped off the face of the earth since then.  We've all seen manufacturers make premature product announcements and then unfortunately face subsequent major design and production problems.  Virtue Audio comes to mind, but they continually provided updates along the way.

It's kind of hard to imagine pre-ordering without any specifics or timeline except "soon".  Just submit your CC number through a webform.  Also, no address, no phone and their email is also an unknown destination webform submission.

Just checked their site and the web.
The site (blog) section was last updated on 5/9/2013, and the online chatting seems stopped around Oct 2013.
Anyone here hear anything different?
It was such an impressive product, reasonable priced with quality parts and convenience.

I was thinking the same thing.  These looked pretty cool and would solve a lot of problems for many people.  Looks like the company is no longer in business or something went wrong.  Keep us posted if you hear anything.
