Mike Lundy , who has already contacted you, is good, reasonable, but not close.  I'm in Abilene, slightly closer, but I'm not as good, probably not any cheaper, and much grumpier than Mike.  But hey, it's an option if you can't find another.  What about finding a carpenter on Craigslist?  Surely someone local can follow a set of plans to build a sub box.
