Yes, my son has a Cary SI-300.2d.  It works great, sounds great, 450wpc at 4 ohms class AB.  We use the BT for TV and get sound in DSD.

There are others like the Primare Prisma Int's. which sound great, heard them at RMAF.

There are many others like NAD M33, NAD C328, Yamaha, Marantz, Cambridge Audio and Arcam to name a few.

Whole bunch of em out there, here are two. The Dayton HTA50BT little tube integrated for $143 on parts express. Also the HTA100BT at $190 if you need a bit more power. The HTA50 I paired with the GR Research desktop mini's with lovely results. The HTA50 sounds really good, looks cool, and will not break the bank, and you get a little tube magic to boot. Good luck with your search, lots to choose from out there at a wide variety of price points.
