Model TX103 MC Stepup- Enclosure Info
« on: 28 Apr 2003, 11:30 pm »
Hello!

I recently designed a new enclosure for the model TX103 MC stepup transformer. I have posted the info to my web page with a picture of the new package under the Transformers'n Stuff section. I could blame the quality of the photo  on my cheap camera but that would be wrong - it's me. I am really bad at taking pic's and it looks better in person than the photo shows - really.... I'll get a better picture on-line soon but for now it gives an idea of the packaging anyway. I have also posted pricing for all the related parts and package options.

As always please post any questions and, in particular, post all the typo's I made in the text!

Many Thanks!

John -

Nice work! really looks great, a stunning piece. You should be proud. The price for it is a steal too, I am impressed you are able to offer the enclosure and other parts so reasonably. Keep up the *great* work!
thanks,

Hello!

Good to hear from you Ed. Thanks for the comments! It turned out quite good but it's no Stippich! I am trying to keep the cost as low as I can. It's still more money than a Hammond box with a few holes in it! I just built a set today and they go together quite easy and it should make a good beginner kit as there are not too many wires to connect and solder.  I'll take a full set of construction photo's and try to get the kit instructions online in the next week or so.

Many Thanks!
