Is there an upgrade path to the Candela besides tubes?

Caps, fuses, and internal wire.  what tubes are you using in it?

You better talk to Klaus before you start fooling around with the Candela.

You don't talk to Klaus to upgrade your Candela. You talk to me. This is not a joke.
If you call Klaus now, he will tell you to call me.

I would like to know more about this as well.
I own the Candela and would for sure down the road want to upgrade if there is a path to do so.

What are the benefits.  Changes in performance?

What are the upgrades?

I have the Dialogue preamp going into a pair of Khartago/Kismet monos. I kept reading about how the Focals are so lean on bass but the 948s sound wonderful with this setup and have plenty of bass. Haven't noticed any hissing either.

After about a year I started trying different tubes. So far I've tried the Brimar and Gold Lions but it felt like a lot of detail disappeared. I have Sylvanias in there now and I like those the best. Curious to know how the EVO 400 would sound.
